I like great food, local coffee, craft beer, outdoor adventures and riding my bike all over town so --big surprise-- I've never left Portland. (Except that time I was a commercial fisherman in Alaska.) It’s my passion for Portland that makes it fun and easy to help others find their perfect place here.
My huge family tree roots itself just off of Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard and now I live with my wife, Anna, and our two daughters in a house with a big backyard in Northeast Portland. I like waking up early on the weekend and taking the kids on a bike ride to Jim & Patty’s to pick out a pastry to surprise Mom with.

After playing Division 1 tennis at University of Oregon, I worked as a tennis pro at multiple clubs across the country. The job brought together my devotion to the game and love of working with people, but wasn’t the right path as I raised my two daughters, Molly and Megan. 14 years ago I found my passion in real estate, where I could use my competitive spirit in negotiations and expertise in coaching to take my clients through the home buying and selling process.
