I stepped into real estate 14 years ago, and today I’m proud to co-lead the top-producing Moran Homes Real Estate Group alongside my aunt and business partner, Susie Hunt Moran. What started as a new chapter quickly became a true calling—helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity.
Once described as the “Swiss army knife of real estate agents,” I take pride in bringing sharp attention to detail, steady guidance, and strong negotiation skills to every transaction. My clients know they can count on honesty, clear communication, and an advocate who stays fully engaged from start to finish. My goal is simple: make the process feel manageable, informed, and even enjoyable.
Before real estate, I captained a commercial fishing vessel and taught skiing in Europe—experiences that shaped how I approach my work today. They taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to stay calm and solutions-focused in changing conditions. I see opportunity where others might see obstacles, and I’m always looking out for the best interests of the people I serve.
A lifelong Oregonian and avid outdoorsman, I feel lucky to call the Pacific Northwest home. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me skiing with my wife and daughters, biking through the city, or kiteboarding whenever I can catch the wind. I’m passionate about helping my clients open the door to their next adventure—wherever it may lead.
